She has been an Arabic Lecturer at Alexandria University, Egypt, from 2016 to 2024. She also worked as a lecturer of Arabic in the summer program "ARANAS" at Al-Akhawayn University, Morocco. She has been a full certified tester for Oral Proficiency by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) since 2020. Additionally, she has participated in several research projects with foreign universities related to Second Language Acquisition and has attended various training workshops in the field of teaching Arabic.

She contributes to the training of teachers in the basics of the communicative approach in teaching Arabic. She is involved in preparing educational materials for Modern Standard Arabic (beginner, intermediate, advanced), Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (beginner, intermediate, advanced), Arabic literature, Arabic media, Arabic cinema, and political and social issues in Egypt and the Arab world. She also collaborates with colleagues to create tests according to ACTFL guidelines.

In 2024, she obtained her PhD in Modern Arabic Literature from Alexandria University.
