Area of research: Hebrew Bible, Assyriology, Northwest Semitic Philology.

 My current area of research originates from the combination of childhood love for languages and history in general and my undergraduate major in China, Hebrew language and Jewish culture. I became interested in the ancient Near Eastern religion, law and the organization of society also because of various courses taken here at Harvard.
