DESCRIPTION:<p>	The Julis-Rabinowitz Program on Jewish and Israeli Law at the Harvard Law School presents a lunchtime discussion with the Honorable Elyakim Rubinstein (former Deputy President, Supreme Court of Israel):</p><p>	<strong>“Incitement to Violence, Free Speech, and Religious Liberty: Lessons from Israel”</strong> with an introduction by Prof. Noah Feldman (Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Harvard Law School)</p><p>	Light lunch will be served.</p><p>	---<br><em>During his half-century of government service, the Hon. Elyakim Rubinstein has served the State of Israel in a variety of positions, including in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1977-1986), where he participated in the diplomatic negotiations on the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty at Camp David and Washington. He was Attorney General of Israel from 1997-2003 and a Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel from 2004-2017, where he most recently served as Deputy President, Supreme Court of Israel (2015-2017). He lives with his family in Jerusalem.</em></p>
