NELC currently offers instruction in many languages and literatures including Akkadian; Albanian; Arabic; Aramaic; Armenian; Egyptian; Hebrew Language (Classical and Modern); Hebrew Literature and History; Persian; Semitic Philology; Sumerian; Turkish; Yiddish and more. Undergraduates who are not NELC concentrators, may earn a foreign language citation in [Arabic](https://nelc.fas.harvard.edu/arabic) (Classical and Modern), Hebrew (Classical and Modern), Persian, Turkish, and Yiddish.
