 Oded Zinger is the Perilman postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Jewish Studies at Duke University. He is the recipient of the 2015 Bayard and Cleveland Dodge Memorial Prize for best PhD dissertation from the NES Department at Princeton University. His research focuses on the relationship between law, gender and the communal life of Jews in the medieval Islamic world.
